May 30, 2026"We spontaneously visited Osteria Gostilna Koršič after it was recommended to us by the staff at the winery we were staying at and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, the service was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. You could really feel the heart in both the hospitality and the food. We had the Biechi and Gnocchi, and the dish called “Franc” with lamb steak. Both the lamb and the Biechi were hands down the best food we’ve had on our entire European road trip. It was so good that we decided to come back for dinner the same day and we were just as impressed! This time we tried the Summer Burrata, Fusilli, and Grilled Beef with rosemary and potatoes. For dessert, we shared the Elderflower sorbet with gin and rosemary, and the crepes with vanilla ice cream and wild berries, all of it delicious. The setting is charming and cosy, especially the garden, and the overall vibe is relaxed and full of warmth. The staff made the whole experience extra special with their genuine hospitality. A true hidden gem. I highly recommend!"
